Learning from each other - that is at the centre of the collaboration between the WDR Big Band and the Bundesjazzorchester. From 16 to 21 September 2024, the renowned professionals met up with talented young jazz musicians for the sixth time. Coaching sessions, workshops, exchange of ideas, joint rehearsals and subsequent concerts took place in Ahaus (20 September) and Bielefeld (21 September). The project was musically directed by Niels Klein (Bujazzo) and Steffen Schorn (WDR Big Band).
